To order one of our products, please follow the steps below: 1. Click on your desired product. 2. Select quantity and ADD TO CART. 3. To view your cart, click the CART button on the top, right-hand side of your screen. 4. If you are happy with the contents of your cart, proceed to click the CHECKOUT button. 5. Fill out all the required information about your purchase and continue by clicking PLACE ORDER. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. After you made the EFT, please send proof of payment to accounts@chubbycheeks.online, after which your order will be processed.

The items you ordered will be reserved for 48 hours (2 business days). If we receive no proof of payment within 2 business days, the order will be cancelled.

The parcel will be dispatched within two working days (48 hours) after the proof of payment was received. If you placed an order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the parcel can only be picked up by our courier service the following Monday or Tuesday. The courier will deliver to the buyers door within 2-3 working days after dispatch. We cannot be held liable for any delays in the courier services. Please provide a physical address in South Africa, as well as contact numbers where there will be someone to receive the parcel during working hours. Courier deliveries are made to street addresses only and not PO Box addresses. No deliveries are done over weekends and public holidays.

Yes. If you choose the collection option you will receive confirmation via e-mail that your package is ready for collection. This will be within 3 working days. You can collect from Bean Authentic Coffee Roasters, 12 Imperial Terraces, Carl Cronje Drive, Tyger Waterfront. Remember to bring your order number and any form of identification. Bean Authentic's trading hours: Monday - Friday: 7h00–16h00 Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
